• Fresh cotton bed linen and towels for use in the house (For the beach, we kindly ask guests to bring their own towels)

• Soap, toilet paper, and everyday essentials to get started are provided

• Central heating and a cosy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings

• Room-darkening blinds in the bedrooms

• Plenty of wardrobe and hanging space in the three bedrooms

• Hairdryer, iron, and clothes drying rack

• Washing machine and dryer

• Baby gear can be provided on request (travel cot, high chair, bath, changing mat, potty)

• The cleaning fee at the end of your stay is included in the total price quoted

• Smoke and Carbon monoxide alarm installed
   

Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen is set up for real cooking and entertaining, not just the basics:

• Oven, stove, microwave, two large fridges and freezers, and dishwasher

• Pots, pans, baking trays, and all cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper, herbs & spices)

• Dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, and servingware

• Nespresso coffee machine, stovetop moka pot, kettle, toaster, and blender

• Large dining table for shared meals (Seats 8 at the table, with space to add a ninth place setting when required)

Enjoy island life outdoors:

• Private, fully walled garden

• Patio with outdoor seating, perfect for evening apéritifs

• Covered terrace dining area

• Plancha grill with utensils

• Sun loungers for lazy afternoons

• Outdoor shower (perfect after the beach or pool)

• Private heated swimming pool (generally available from May to September, depending on weather conditions).

Location & access

• Private entrance: The house sits within a fully enclosed walled garden, accessed through a private garden gate.

• Parking: Once you arrive, you can happily forget about the car. There is space to park two cars directly in front of the villa, with additional parking available further down the street if needed.

• EV charging point available on the property. It's a reinforced Green’Up socket (3.2 kW) with standard plug, suitable for overnight EV charging. This is not a fast wallbox. Please bring your own charging cable (household 2-pin plug to your vehicle plug). An extension lead is available.

 

Little extras

• Our local concierge will welcome you personally on arrival and is available throughout your stay should you have any questions

• Luggage drop-off possible if you arrive early or leave later

• An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in low to mid season, availability permitting, for an additional fee

• We can also provide personalised recommendations for special services to ensure your stay is hassle-free and memorable. Just let us know what you need.  ​
