The Villa
A true Rétais villa, full of light and set within a leafy walled garden, with a heated pool and every comfort for a truly relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the patio and covered terrace, perfect for an apéritif or long meals in the sun or shade. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the pool. Ideal for sharing special moments with family or friends, or settling into a peaceful workation.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove, as perfect for cosy winter stays as summer vacations.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests across three double bedrooms plus a mezzanine with three single beds.
Living space
A bright, open-plan living space with high ceilings and large sliding doors connects seamlessly to the terrace and pool, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Warm leather sofas, natural textures and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with generous dining area make it perfect for relaxed family living and entertaining.
Outdoor space
A private walled garden surrounds the house, with a heated pool and a covered outdoor dining area for long lunches and relaxed evenings. There is plenty of space to unwind, from sun loungers by the pool to a ping-pong table for friendly games between swims.
Joining the master suite and the kitchen at the back of the house, the separate patio offers a lovely spot for an apéritif, a morning coffee, or settling into a good book in peace and quiet.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Opening onto the patio, the Master Suite includes a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with sink and shower. There is a separate toilet adjacent.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with a double shower and toilet is located between them.
The mezzanine overlooks the lounge. It has 3 single beds and a roof window and is a true paradise for children! It's fully enclosed on all sides and opens onto the walled staircase.
Please note that the ceiling height in this room is low. Adults can sleep here comfortably, but standing upright is not possible.
